Shipping is available to any address in New Zealand. Courier costs calculated at checkout.

We aim to process your order as quickly as possible for shipping, however there can sometimes be delays. Please allow 10-15 business days for your parcel to arrive.

If you require your parcel to arrive earlier, please get in touch and we will do our very best to arrange the best option for you.

We hope you are satisfied with your product! Our team of penguins and keepers work very hard to ensure our artwork is up to a high standard. If your product is damaged, we will exchange it or provide you with a refund. Please get in touch via our contact form above.

Unfortunately, as each artwork is completely unique, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges for change of mind. However, if you do have a special request for paint colours or a particular picture size, please get in touch via our contact us form and we may be able to create what you are looking for.
